Dont Eat Less... Eat Right
The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison. Your diet is a bank account. Good food choices are good investments. Here's to better habits, positive thinking, clean eating and most of all, loving yourself.

Breakfast
2 Eggs/yellow lentil dosa.
1 Cup of sauted veggies
6 Almonds + 2 Walnuts
Start your day with a glass of fresh lime water with salt . Followed by a cup of green tea.
Mid morning..  1 cup of coffee or tea made with coconut milk/heavy whipping cream.

Lunch
1 cup cooked Brown rice topped with 1 Tbsp ghee
1 cup chicken/paneer  cooked in teaspoon of olive oil.
1 cup steamed vegetables or Green salad
1/2 cup Greek yogurt.

Dinner
1 chapathi / ragirotti with boiled vegetables.
1 cup of vegetable soup.
1/2 cup sprouts.

1/4 cup of Dry roasted peanuts.
