Blanched Almond Flour

Almonds : 200 gm
Hot water for soaking
To make blanched almond flour at home ,soak almonds in hot water for 20minutes .
Peel the outer layer of almonds, and spread over a towel to dry the excess moisture Or sun-dry for 1 hour .
Transfer these dried and peeled almonds to a dry mixer jar, and blend till powdered .
At this stage , it looks a bit moist texture. that's fine, remove from the jar, spread it over a wide plate and sun -dry for 1-2 hours
Store it in an airtight jar and refrigerate .
