Coconut chutney

Ingredients:

Fresh Coconut : 50gm
-
Almonds: 20
-
Green chilly -1-2 or as per desired spice level
-
Lime juice :2 Teaspoons
-
Salt
-
Water
For tempering:
-
Ghee: 2 tsp
-
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
-
Jeera: 1/2 tsp
-
Dry red chillies
-
Curry leaves: 5-6
Directions:

Soak the almonds in hot water for 20 minutes, then remove the outer layer .

Again soak these blanched almonds in a bowl of water till use.

In a mixier jar , add coconut, blanched almonds, green chilly, salt, lime juice and blend into a smooth paste by adding water little by little.
For Tempering :
-
Take a small kadai, add ghee to it, once ghee is heated , add jeera, mustard to it. Once mustard seeds splitter, and dried red chillies add curry leaves to it.

Top this tempering over coconut chutney.
