Masala Tea

Ingredients:

Tea powder : 1/2 TBSP

Coconut milk: 1/4 cup
-
Ginger chopped :1 Tbsp
-
Elaichi/cardamom: 7-8.

Stevia -1/4 tsp
-
Water : 350ml .

Directions:

Boil water in a tea kettle, add ginger, elaichi , on high flame untill the flavours of ginger and elaichi infuse well. ​​​

Now , add 1/2 TBSP tea powder , let it boil ,till you get desired tea decoction colour. ​​

Strain with a tea strainer and add stevia ,or any other low carb sweetener like erythritol, monkfruit extract, palm jaggery.

Enjoy hot masala tea with keto Jeera biscuits.
Variation 1: Can substitute with whipping cream (unsweetened), in place of coconut milk ,if not vegan.
