These eggless , gluten free, keto friendly biscuits make a perfect combo with keto masala chai or keto coffee. Even non ketoers too will certainly love these biscuits.
Ingredients:
Almond flour ( Blanched, super fine): -150gm
Softened unsalted butter -60 gm
Stevia -25 gm
Salt -1/2 tsp+1/2 tsp for sprinkling on top before baking.
Jeera -1 tsp . ​

JEERA BISCUITS : INSTRUCTIONS :

In a pan - dry roast jeera and keep it aside .
In a mixing bowl , add all the ingredients .., keep very little jeera aside for topping .. and make a soft dough .
Divide this dough into small balls and shape them like cookies with Your palm .
sprinkle the dry roasted jeera on top of all the biscuits. also if you like salty taste to the biscuits, sprinkle little salt over all the shaped biscuits. .

Bake these biscuits in a preheated oven at 170c for 15min. please keep an eye on these while baking, as they gets over burnt at the bottom.
once the bottom surface turned in light creamy brown( do not wait till the biscuits turn golden brown color) ,Remove them and cool them on a
wire rack .

At this stage .. The top side of biscuit looks soft and underbaked .. Dont worry .once cooled they get that crunch.
once these biscuits are cooled completely turn them to other side and bake them at 170c for 7-8 minutes . This step helps in giving that extra crunch to the baked biscuits . Remember, these biscuits looks light creamy brown color , not that typical golden brown tinge.
Remove and let them cool completely .on a wire rack.
